Ingredients

Potato | 125 gms | |

Cauliflower | 100 gms | |
Blue berry | 50 gms | |
Ginger | 25 gms | |
Cumin seeds | 5 gms | |
Cashew nut | 50 gms | |

Cream | 30 ml |
Method
- Grind onion, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, cashew nut, blue berry and garam masala.
- Pure the tomatoes.
- Grind the ingredients of Chutney to a fine paste.
- Heat oil. Add onion ginger paste. Add red chilies powder. Cook till done.
- Add tomato puree. Cook till done.
- Add vegetables and cook them in the gravy. Add little water if required
- When the vegetables are almost done, add chutney paste. Cook without covering.
- Serve hot garnished by cream and blue berries.
