Paneer Navratan

Method
- Whisk curd in a bowl, add salt and leave paneer pieces in this for 20 mins.
- Peel, wash & slice onions. Chop ginger & green chilies.
- Soak poppy seeds for 30 mins. Blanch almonds, put in a blender along with poppy seeds, cashew nut and melon seeds. Make a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a kadai, add whole garam masala & sauté on low heat until it starts to crackle.
- Add onion and sauté till pink. Add ginger, green chilies, turmeric & red chilies. Fry for few minutes. Add marinated paneer and about 50 ml of water. Bring to boil and add the paste.
- Bring to boil then simmer till fat comes to the surface. Add half the cream and stir. Add half blue berry, mace, orange and grapes. Adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot garnished with blue berry, cashew nut, cherry & cream
